offers a high standard holiday park for your own tourer, motor home or
tent or in one of our luxury static caravans.
We boast an unblemished record of good
quality, friendly service with every
effort made to ensure your stay with us is a happy one.
The site has had a complete overhaul and many new features and areas
have been added be sure to browse around the site to find all the
information you need. Check the gallery out for a scenic tour of our
park.
All our 83 touring pitches are
all-weather with water and
mains drains, each with 10-amp electricity supply and TV
aerial connection.
For your convenience we have on site a
laundrette, pot wash, dog
exercise area and public telephone.
New for 2002 season our refurbished
family 'bathrooms' which are highly
rated in the park industry.
Ulverston is a picturesque town with
street markets held on Thursdays
and Saturdays. We have a tourist information kiosk which is sited on
the front car park facing the children's play area, in which is
normally in good supply of leaflets about all the main attractions the
area has to offer. The National Tourist Information centre is situated
in the town centre at the coronation hall, just 15 minutes walk from
the site.
Our toilet block doors are locked with a
swipe card, and upon arrival a
deposit of £5.00 is charged but is refundable when the card is returned
to the office at the end of your stay.
Toilets Open and close, Ladies from
11:45am to 12:45pm and Gents from
12:45am to 1:45am at night other toilet and shower facilities are
available near the office.
Dog Walk Area At entrance to park on the
left hand side. Please keep
all dogs on leads.
Laundrette Situated at the front of the
toilet block.
Play Area To the right of the wardens
caravan.
Payphone At entrance to the park.
Security We take site security very
seriously, although we cannot be
everywhere at once. You can help by notifying us of any suspicious person(s)
or vehicle on the site. We have a gate adjacent to the office (near wardens
van). The gate will be closed every evening. Closure times will be displayed
on the gate. Please use the car park if late returning.
Sitting Caravan Due to fire regulations
caravans must have tow bar facing to
road and wheels on hard standing provided, which helps to level axle.
Electricity 220/240 Volts 10 AMP, T.V.
Aerials, Due to poor reception on the
park a communal aerial system to each pitch has been installed. A refundable
deposit of £5.00 for a connection lead is available from the office.
Fire points are located around the park
please familiarise yourself with
procedures and the nearest point to you.
Visit our large well stocked accessory
showroom (largest in cumbria) for all
your caravanning needs, and whilst your browsing, your children can explore
our adventure playground with sand pit swing boats, aerial runway, climbing
frame & more.
Our modern fully equipped workshop is
staffed by qualified engineers, we are
Truma, Thetford and Alko Whale Service centre.

turon brands and many more.
If you have a problem with your caravan
we can usually attend to it the same
day or stop over on our park for the bigger jobs free of charge.
